NiGe deoxidation concentrate – Electronic soldering

GENERAL CARACTERISTICS

Deoxidation concentrate for NiGe electronic soldering.

Germanium is spent during the oxidation welding process. TELAMETAL deoxidation concentrate regulates the Ge value to the required value by adding wave, selective and HASL soldering machines.

TELAMETAL deoxidation concentrate is also used for switching from standard lead-free solder to TELAMETAL NiGe-Electronic solder.

Application

Addition of Ni-concentrate in NiGe brazing baths for 100 kg of capacity

By adding the mentioned amounts of concentrate (Sn99Ge1), a value of 0.01% germanium in the solder bath is adjusted.

cut wire 10 x 150 mm, packed in boxes of 5 kg

Storage advice

Store in closed boxes and protect it from moisture.
