Lead Solder Sn30 Pb70

Reference: Sn30 Pb70
TECHNICAL DATA SHEET

Alloy Sn30 Pb70

Alloy S-Sn30 Pb70

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

A common application of this solder is to make permanent but reversible connections between copper pipes in plumbing systems. The higher the concentration of tin, the greater the tensile and shear strength of the welds. In addition, this alloy can be used for soldering electrical components, soldering PCBs; welding of copper plate and copper tube, welding of stainless steel and other general purpose welding.

Properties
It has a low melting point; 183 ° C (solidus) and 255 ° C (liquidus)
Good wetting capacity and fluidity
Good electrical conductivity.
