Alloy SAC0307
Alloy S‑Sn99 Ag0,3 Cu0,7
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Alloy used in the electronics industry: wave soldering applications.
This ternary alloy, exclusively made from primary metals of very high purity, has an excellent performance / price ratio.
The silver content guarantees better reliability of the solder joints. When faced with other SnCu-type compositions (with or without adding a minor element), it secures your applications.
As with any new installation of a lead-free alloy for wave soldering, we recommend that you ensure regular monitoring of the contents of each metal (Sn / Ag / Cu and Pb for RoHS compliance: its rate must be less than 0.1%).
The addition of antioxidant tablets in the alloy bath slows down oxidation phenomena, while giving a better fluidity to the alloy.
- Very good mechanical resistance.
- Good ductility
- Economic alloy
- Bright alloy, not tarnishing.
- Very good electrical conductivity.
